Laborer
Pay
Compensation is negotiable based on skill and experience
$20/hr minimum
1.5 x overtime
Responsibilities
Assist operators with the installation of drainage systems, septic systems, and earth moving
Assist in the forming, pouring, and finishing of concrete flat-work
Operate support equipment
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency certificate
Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience operating skid steer, loader backhoe, and/or excavator
Experience lifting, rigging, and preparing for heavy equipment operations
Able to read engineering drawings
Skilled with mechanical hand tools
Class A CDL (+$2.00/hr.)
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
Additional Requirements
Physical effort including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying equipment up to 45 lbs. unassisted
Able to work in outdoor environments
Ability to work all required shift hours, including overtime and weekends when needed
Willing to travel for short trips as needed, up to 5% travel
